Reiki
Reiki is a very flexible system that puts the individual back in control of his or her whole true self. Whether you are looking for relief from physical aliments or emotional triggers that are causing you stress or anxiety,Reiki can give you the best chance of self help. Also if you have considered geting in touch with your spiritual side or deepen your spiritual awareness then Reiki will provide an excellent support structure.The best way to understand the experience of Reiki is to experience a session for yourself.
Everyday our lifes respond to thoughts and feelings.Sometimes they can become disrupted when we accept, either consciously or unconsciously, negative thoughts or feelings about ourselves. These negative thoughts and feelings attach themselves to the energy field and can cause a negative flow to the life force within.
Reiki helps by healing the affected parts of the energy field and boosts them with a charge of positive energy. It raises the vibration levesl of the energy field and around the physical body where the negative thoughts and feelings become attached. The negative energy blocks then detach themselfs and fall away. Reiki clears,straightens and heals the energy pathways and channels then the natural flow within the body becomes more positive.
Anxiety and depression often accompany one another.Treating depression and anxiety with Reiki is becoming a more and more of an alternative to taking medication.Reiki deals with depression and anxiety as a negative energy.This negative energy manifests as imbalance in the Chakras or energy centres.
Common symptoms of depression include:
* insomnia or increased need for sleep
* fatigue
* loss of interest in hobbies or life in general
* sadness
* crying
* anger etc.
Symptoms of anxiety often include:
* insomnia
* irritability
* unreasonable fear
* heart palpitations and chest pain.
Reiki brings improvement to many of the symtoms of depression or anxiety . It is also evident from my testimonials that most of my clients have come out of their depression by using Reiki.They begin to feel well enough to slowly manage medication with their G.P to low levels till they eventually become completly medication free.
Many hospitals are now recommending Reiki as a parallel system of treatment. Treating depression with Reiki is becoming a more recognized practice within hospitals and also within local doctors surgeries. The efficacy and impact of Reiki is best understood when it is personally experienced.
In both anxiety and depression, a “sense of well-being” is missing when being treated with medication. This may be one reasons to why Reiki helps anxiety and depression, by restoring a sense of well-being in a more positive way.
Reiki
Reiki can be used for many ailments like reducing stress, relieving pain, headaches, stomach upsets, back problems, asthma – respiratory problems, menstrual problems, sinus, anxiety and more. Also, since there is no belief system attached to Reiki, anyone can receive a Reiki treatment. As in any healing the first step towards a healthier life is a desire to be healed.
The name Reiki literally means “universal life force energy.” Reiki can help unblock the emotional or spiritual blocks that cause illness. Rather than focusing on treating the symptoms of a disease, Reiki works on the causes.Reiki can help to heal a person, even if the practitioner does not know what’s wrong.
During a Reiki session, you to lie down on a couch after removing your shoes and jewelry.Then the practitioner’s hands are placed around your body, sometimes without actually touching you. During the process, the practitioner’s hand usually become really warm, a sign that energy is flowing through. It’s important to note that the energy received does not come from the practitioner himself; it is merely being channeling from the Universe’s energy. Some people who experience Reiki for the first time have an intense emotional reaction to it. This is considered normal.
Because Reiki works on energy, sometimes it takes a fewl visits before a difference can be seen or felt. Also, the results tend to be subtle, and vary from person to person.
