Close your eyes, take a few deep breaths and relax.Think of the sun imagine the orange glow, feel the intensity of warmth against your skin.

Keep this colour and warmth in your mind’s eye. Fill it surround you,as you begin to feel bathed in its brightness, you restore your energy, and warmth.

Just simply take yourself away with every breath and awake feeling refreshed and relaxed :-) )

Meditation

What is meditation?
Meditation is a deep relaxation technique. Many people find that there lives are so full of demands from work, family, friends and organized leisure activitys that they have no time to Just down and still the mind. Some people are so caught up in planning and working towards there future that they take little pleasure from the here and now.Meditation is a good way of taking time out, time for you to appreciate the calm moment.Meditation can give the same effect to the body as taking a walk in the countryside can or sitting by the sea and listening to the sounds of the waves while focusing on your breathing. It can also be the same as emptying the mind of all thoughts and just listening to the sounds of the birds singing in the morning. These are all forms of meditation that will allow your mind to relax.

I also include some examples of visual meditating that you will find below.

This meditation is for the total beginner
As a beginner your eyes can remain open.As you watch the water flow
try to relax let all of your inner thoughts fade allowing yourself to be still.Focus on your breathing.

  • When the video meditation stops keep imagining the water for as long as you can.
  • If you feel able to close your eyes and see if you can still hold the image of the running water.

Try to do this meditatation at least 3 times a week

When you feel comfortable enough with this level move onto the next meditation

The next meditation is for the intermediate.

  • Close your eyes
  • Focus on your breathing
  • As you inhale you fill your lungs with fresh air
  • As you exhale all stress, and tension fades away
  • Your mind is still
  • Keep focusing on the sounds of the birds and imagine that you are going on a journey.
  • You are now relaxing and experiencing how it is to feel you the true self.

Try to do this meditation five times a week

Then when you are ready and fell more comfortable move onto the next stage the advanced level.

This last Meditation is for the advanced.

  • You now feel comfortable
  • You don’t need visual pictures
  • You can now go to a peaceful place
  • You understand how to breathe during meditation
  • You can imagine so easily
  • You can easily Connect with yourself all tension and all stress melts away as you meditate. When you close your eyes and let your mind be still you become aware of your true self.Layers that have made you feel heavy slowly start to melt away.
  • Listen to the peaceful sounds and relax.

Congratulations you should now feel alot more connected
to your Mind, body and soul.

  • Meditate as often as you can
  • Everyday if possible.
